Retreats

YWR retreats are the ultimate way to treat your mind and body. Set in a beautiful, remote location, they’re designed for beginners and the more experienced to immerse themselves in a variety of yoga sessions, led by Rali.

Do as little or as much as you like — you’ll never be forced to attend every session — there’s the opportunity to do up to four hours of yoga every day.

By the end of the trip, expect to feel content, confident and fully energised.

Sample day with YWR Retreats

8:00am

Wake up to the sounds of nature while you enjoy a coffee or tea.

8:30am

A two-hour dynamic Vinyasa flow yoga session with Rali, designed to invigorate you for the day ahead.

10:30am

A freshly prepared breakfast and then it’s free-time: relax by the pool or indulge in a beauty treatment such as a massage, mani or pedi — unlimited and inclusive in the retreat package.

2:00pm

Enjoy a wholesome group lunch with seasonal cuisine.

5:30pm

Time to get things moving with a short, but energetic HIIT (high-intensity interval training) workout.

6:30pm

A restorative two-hour-long yoga and meditation session with Rali. Clear your mind and stretch the body.

8:30pm

Time for a post-workout group dinner. Unwind with a delicious dinner and drinks.
